Below is the roster of state agencies and universities who have Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) with TAMACC. The majority of these agencies will have representatives at the convention. The objective of these partnerships is to increase the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) contracting/ procurement.

To qualify as a HUB, a business must be at least 51% owned by an Asian Pacific American, Black American, Hispanic American, Native American, American woman and/or Service Disabled Veteran, who reside in Texas and actively participate in the control, operations, and management of the entity’s affairs.
